Web Developer

Kingdom Pathways is a Native Hawaiian, community-driven non-profit dedicated to environmental restoration, cultural preservation, and social justice in Waiʻanae, Oʻahu. 


Job Summary

Kingdom Pathways is seeking an experienced Web Developer to design and develop a website that reflects our commitment to environmental sustainability, cultural preservation, and community engagement. We need a user-friendly, visually engaging website that will showcases our ongoing projects, including water quality research, native species restoration, and intergenerational learning programs. Provides interactive features for community engagement and data sharing. Integrates multimedia elements, such as videos, maps, and real-time updates. Ensures accessibility and mobile responsiveness.


Detailed Responsibilities

  • Develop a mobile-responsive, user-friendly website
  • Integrate interactive tools (GIS mapping, real-time data visualization)
  • Ensure accessibility and ADA compliance
  • Provide training for website maintenance
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting

Submission Deadline: March 24, 2025

 Location: Remote or Hybrid (Hawai‘i-based candidates preferred)
Contract-based compensation, determined by experience
